The calendar widget

Every client overview page includes a visual calendar showing all events — scheduled posts, campaign launches, SEO blog publish dates, and review milestones.

Event types

• Content posts (purple) — regular organic posts, reels, carousels
• Campaign launches (orange) — ad campaign wave start dates
• Campaign ends (red) — ad campaign end dates
• SEO publish (cyan) — blog article publish dates from SEO plan
• Review (green) — performance review milestones

Post preparation

Click any event to open the Post Scheduler panel. Here you can:

• Upload images or carousel slides
• Write captions, hashtags, and CTAs
• Run AI analysis on the image (visual hierarchy, composition, conversion potential)
• Run AI analysis on the caption (hook score, retention, CTA strength)
• Generate two AI variants (safe version vs bold version) and pick your preferred style
• Save the complete post kit to the event

Auto-created events

Events are automatically created when you generate campaign plans (launch and end dates), content calendars (daily posts), and SEO plans (blog publish dates). No manual event creation needed for tool-generated content.
