Cross-Tool Intelligence
How tools share data
Ccyfer's Intelligence Orchestrator connects all 40+ tools through a prerequisite chain system. Before any tool generates output, it automatically loads relevant intelligence from your workspace — audience psychology, campaign plans, SEO keywords, content gaps, and industry benchmarks.
The Intelligence-First Pipeline
When you open any tool with a client selected, the Intelligence Orchestrator:
- Checks the tool's prerequisite chain (defined for all 40 tools)
- Looks in the workspace for existing intelligence (audience mindset, campaign plans, SEO data)
- Auto-generates missing required prerequisites (e.g., generates Audience Mindset if none exists)
- Loads optional data if available (benchmarks, content gaps, campaign plans)
- Shows progress in the Intelligence Panel above the tool
- Injects all intelligence into the AI prompt
You see this as the Intelligence Progress panel at the top of every tool.
Campaign → Calendar Allocation Rules
When a saved Campaign Plan exists and you generate a Content Calendar, the system enforces intelligent content allocation:
The 30/70 Split: Maximum 30-40% of posts can be campaign-supporting content. The remaining 60-70% must be non-campaign content — brand storytelling, education, engagement, seasonal content, testimonials, and community building.
Strategic Placement: Campaign content follows a wave pattern:
- Pre-launch (3 days before): 2 teaser/awareness posts
- Launch week: 2-3 direct campaign support posts
- Mid-campaign: 1-2 support posts per week
- Post-campaign (3 days after): 1 recall/results post
- Between campaigns: zero campaign content
Hard Rules:
- Never 3 consecutive campaign posts — after 2, the next must be non-campaign
- Every week must include: 1 educational + 1 engagement + 1 brand/trust post
- Campaign posts are educational in angle, not hard-sell ads
- Products without active campaigns still appear 1-2 times per month
- SEO blog promotion posts are separate from campaign allocation
- Weekend posts are lighter (engagement, lifestyle) not campaign pushes
This means if you have 2 campaigns for 2 products, the calendar still covers education, engagement, brand stories, seasonal content, and other products — not just the 2 campaign products.
The Full Pipeline
Campaign Planner → Content Calendar: Campaign dates become calendar milestones with allocation rules. The calendar supports the campaign without becoming a monotone sales push.
Audience Mindset → Everything: Pain points, desires, objections, and tone are injected into every tool's AI prompt. This is auto-generated if missing for any tool that needs it.
SEO Planner → Content Calendar: Blog publish dates are integrated. The calendar schedules promotion posts on publish days, separate from campaign allocation.
Content Gap Analysis → Calendar + SEO: Identifies topics competitors cover that you are missing. These gaps become content opportunities in the calendar and keyword targets in SEO.
Topic History → Calendar: After every calendar generation, topics and hooks are saved. Next month's calendar avoids repeating the same angles.
Prerequisite Chains
Every tool has a defined chain of prerequisites:
Required (auto-generated if missing): Most content and campaign tools require Audience Mindset as a minimum. If it does not exist in the workspace, the system generates it automatically before the tool runs.
Optional (loaded if exists): Campaign plans, SEO data, benchmarks, content gaps, and deep research are loaded when available but never block generation.
No prerequisites: Utility tools like Humanizer, Proofreader, and calculators run immediately without intelligence loading.
How to maximise it
- Run Audience Mindset first for any new client (or let the system auto-generate it)
- Save Campaign Plans — they dramatically improve calendar quality
- Run SEO Planner — keywords enrich both calendar and blog content
- Save outputs to workspace — unsaved generations do not carry over to other tools
